You should always check that the company or person you decide to carry out your electrical work is registered with either ELECSA, NAPIT or the NIC or other appropriate body - this is your guarantee that the work is going to be carried out correctly, safely and to the regulations. If you are unsure then ask to see their registration document or contact the governing body they say they are registered with.
